Message from the CEO
It was the spring of 1991 when I first visited Fukuoka to study abroad.
My stay in Japan, which was supposed to be for two years, has now passed 30 years.
During that time, the Japanese economy has been affected by rapid globalization.The number of foreign tourists and their expansion is also growing.
Declining domestic demand has also highlighted the issue of surplus real estate.
We provide a one-stop shop for all services from purchase to management, mainly for foreign clients interested in Japanese real estate.
I would like to use my experience in Japan to work hard with our clients to revitalize the Japanese economy and support foreign companies entering the Japanese market.
